Computer and Photo Generated 3D:
There are two types of 3D models: Computer generated models, and photo generated models.
Computer generated models can be made of buildings from blue prints or floor plans: residential 3D models. This is ideal for displaying homes for sale that are on the drawing board. These models are actually less expensive than building a model from photography, averaging less than 10 cents per square foot.
Computer Generated Apartment 3D Model:
Photo generated models can be made by stitching a series of overlapping images into a 3D rendition. A drone can be used for large objects, that are too tall for hand held photography: 30′ tall monument.
Virtual tours can be produced from either method. Some 360º panoramas can be uploaded to Google Maps for even greater exposure.
