3D Home Model

Home renovation 3D model design.

This is a planned home renovation in Nashville, Tennessee. We created a dimensioned “blue print” of the existing structure with my LIDAR camera to start with. This high-tech system has less than a 2% measure of error. The floor plan was used to build out the 3D model.

Renovation Plan

The home owner wants to take out the entry walls, and open up the kitchen. With my 3D modeling system, I was able to view the finished design before it’s even started. We were also able to stage the model to see what size sofa would fit in the finished project.
