Luxury Apartment Virtual Tours with dimensioned floor plans:
These are 360 degree tours I have shot for a variety of upscale apartments across the country. I traveled by car for maximum flexibility in selecting ideal exterior shoot conditions. Using one photographer for all geographic locations gives the project a consistent look and less scheduling work on behalf of the corporate client.
There are many options for viewing 360. This particular client choose Real Vision, which is a 3rd party hosting and processing service that has the advantage of integrating the imagery with dimensioned floor plans. A simple line of “iframe” code is inserted to the clients website page or post.
I also shot photospheres for Google Street View (GSV). In many cases the GSV has produced 10 times the visits than a website based tour. The Durham, North Carolina tour averaged 540 visits per day for the first 11 days.
