In order to minimize human contact, I decided to drive the back-log of luxury apartment 3D shoots for one of my corporate clients. 14 days, 7 cities and 3600 miles later, we got what we wanted.

Thanks to Hilton’s app for hotel checking-in’s and opening my room with my iPhone, I had zero human contact with the hotel staff. Drive-thru meals were the main-stay. Wendy’s has great salad options for healthy meals I discovered.

Driving also allows me the opportunity to carry other useful tools, such as a cordless leaf blower and vacuum cleaner. Sometimes property managers don’t share my high expectations for presentation. You can blame the USMC for that obsession of mine.

Virtual Tours make life easier for the leasing staff, and help protect lives by eliminating the need for a on-site walk-thru’s.
