There is a new pitch that could potentially change Real Estate sales. Not only in terms of rates, but content.

After looking at the Redfin Realty television ads this Super Bowl weekend, I contacted an agent to confirm what they seemed to indicate: a one percent sellers agent fee*, plus a virtual reality 3D interactive tour.

Redfin is using the Matterport system in their VR demo. Another up and comer is Real Vision with tours starting at $299 (2000 ft²).
