VISUAL

3D models are intended to give you a visual understanding of your floor plan and are not meant to be a 100% representation of the finished product.

 

JOINERY

3D models represent the structural elements of your floor plan and do not include custom joinery or ceiling patterns and roofs. Roofs are optional for an extra cost.

 

PLACEMENTS & FINISHES

Furniture placements and flooring types (carpet, tile, wood) are applied if clearly indicated on the floor plan, else it’s random.

 

REVISIONS

We will fix any structural mistakes made by us free of charge. Any additional structural or appearance changes different from the original floor plan are deemed as revisions and will be billed extra according to the complexity of the changes.

 

FlXTURES

Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are standard. For custom fixture models please contact us.

 

FURNITURE

Only furniture models from our database are used. For custom furniture models please contact us.

 

TURNAROUND

Orders take 3-7 days depending on the size and complexity.

 

HOSTING

Free hosting for 12 months, after that hosting on our servers at $100, per year. Models cannot be self-hosted. Models will be removed once expired.

 

BLUE PRINTS / FLOOR PLANS

The client releases us from any copyright infringements resulting from plans submitted to us for model construction.

 

PRICING

The cost is based on the footprint of the structure under the roof, including the garage. Standard models are interior only. Roofs and exterior details are extra, and can be used side by side with the open models.
