I am a certified Real Vision and Google Street View (GSV) photographer, and I recently completed a cross-country 360 degree photography shoot for a large property management group. I traveled over 21,000 miles to photograph 32 apartment complexes across nine states. The project wrapped in late February and is already generating page views in the thousands.
The resulting images will provide potential residents with a three-dimensional virtual tour of not only an apartment’s interior features, but also of the amenities that make a property competitive in each marketplace. Deliverables include 20-30 360º images of a premium staged model unit, plus 360º images of each property’s common areas, including:

I am available to shoot your property and provide you with the marketing tools you need to reach your demographic. In addition to interactive 360º photography, I am equipped to provide three-dimensional floor plans, FAA-certified drone footage, and traditional HDR stills.
I travel by road for maximum flexibility and protection of my gear, and I carry equipment backups for unanticipated problems. Gear includes Gigapan Epic Pro V, Canon DSLR, Sigma 8mm wide-angle lens, robotic tripod mounts, tripods, computers, vacuum, leaf blower and cleaning supplies to ensure the best possible photos.

You own your imagery, so there is no ongoing fee for my work. I provide you with fully stitched 10-20k pixel wide .jpg or .tif files. This imagery is compatible to drag and drop into Facebook and Google+. Unlike some virtual tour providers, you can also embed them in your website. I am a certified GSV, and can load imagery directly to Google Maps, for a wider audience. GSV gets about 10 to 1 more exposure than VR website tours!
