Laguna Beach Home in 3D VR

All the sudden business is booming. Builders and Realty companies have discovered you can sell a house before it’s built with virtual reality 3D models. In the last two weeks I have had multiple builds from TX, FL & CA – all spec homes.

This Laguna Beach, California pre-construction design has a complex roof design.

It’s too bad you can’t publicly share these models on Google Earth anymore. However, you can load them in G/E private view, to see how it looks in the real world.
